Preschool Ministries

Once we know we are expecting a little one, our journey of parenting has begun. We will enter many different stages with our children and learn from mistakes along the way, but we have a tool in the Bible to help us. At times it seems more apparent to teach our children about God’s world when they are mere toddlers exploring the world around them, but that teaching needs to continue throughout their life as we see God giving us opportunities to make His Word come alive for them.

As parents we are still children of God who are growing in our own faith and spiritual journey. I would like to encourage you to be involved in a Sunday School Class and to find a small group Bible Study to build upon your own faith. Often times it is through these times that friendships are formed and accountability partners are made that encourage us. It also allows God to use us to minister to others and reach out to families in our church and community.

God sees the family as a picture of himself and his love for us. All families are different and display different aspects of God. As a church family when we come together we are able to see an Awesome God who is the Great I AM in each one of us. In order for us to truly reflect God we must be walking in Christ and daily teaching our children of His Ways.

I want to encourage you as a family to take time with God together, praying together, worshiping together and growing together. WE are all on this journey together, remember to pray for the families around you.
